How does it work?

Once you purchase one of our guides, you will be able to log into our website with the login and password you created during the purchase process and download any of the guides you’ve bought.  Download them to your computer and watch them to your heart’s content!

Who cant download these guides?

Right now we are only selling downloadable HD videos which requires a solid internet connection. Individuals with spotty internet service, dial-up, satellite, DSL, or slow download speeds on a daily basis may not be able to download these tutorials due to their size and downloads that may time out.  If you can watch youtube videos without any buffering, you should be able to download these guides smoothly.

How many times can I download my purchases?

At this point you can download each download twice.  If you need more download approvals please email us at LegacyStudioProductions@gmail.com and let us know what you need!

Why cant I find my downloads?

Downloads are usually found in your account on our website. Just log in with the login and password you set up at the purchase time. If you forgot your login information, or you dont see the downloads in your account, drop us an email at LegacyStudioProductions@gmail.com. Usually its a quick and easy fix and your guides will be waiting for you.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of a downloaded item. Once you have downloaded we can’t get that video back. So in many cases we wont be able to offer a refund for a product that has already been downloaded.  If you feel that there is a valid reason for the return, contact us at LegacyStudioProductions@gmail.com and we will consider what options we can do.
